  • Building muscle needs 4 things:

    • Cals
    • Protein
    • Stimulus
    • Rest

    So somethings missing. How do you feel while your working out? Do your muscles burn? Do you go to failure? Do you feel like jelly after hard set? Are you sore the following days? Could do drop sets. Go to failure, lower weight and go to failure again.

    If you’re working out everyday it might just be you need to rest more to let your body grow.

    I had a hard time learning proper bench technique. I kept using my arms instead of chest. Gotta pull your shoulder blades back. Really focus on using your chest muscles while benching. Try doing flys or pushups in between sets.
