I’m a Toronto resident planning my first trip to NB/NS. I tried to lookup for car rental services in early August, but the rental companies are either sold out, or providing rocket-high price (200+ cad pre tax)

I’m curious that, if this is common in previous years? Any suggests if I’d have a road trip in Atlantic provinces?

    Thank you! Seems that I should plan my trip to NB in advance due to the high season. I’m planning to fly to Quebec city, to rent a car and return my car at Halifax.
