The story came out in May, but I completely missed it.
The Walt Disney Company and Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences, announced an agreement to create a landmark Disney theme park resort in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The waterfront resort will be located on Yas Island, a world-class destination for entertainment and leisure, connecting travelers from the Middle East and Africa, India, Asia, Europe, and beyond. This seventh Disney theme park resort will combine Disney’s iconic stories, characters and attractions with Abu Dhabi’s vibrant culture, stunning shorelines, and breathtaking architecture.

And let’s not forget, slavery and/or indentured servitude!
Really makes you continue to question the decisions of Disney The Company.
Money, and it still works somehow. Even this community has 900 subscribers.
I wanted to believe Disney was different…
Did you never question why all your stories have you identifying with a main character monarch instead of the serf you statistically would have been? Those stories aren’t fun, no beautiful dresses, not much food to eat, no leisure time for fun animal friends.
Funny how that works.
At least Nermal won’t be bored.
