    There’s oyster knives, but I’m unaware of any mussels knife. Mussels open when they’re cooked and I’ve never heard of them being eaten raw. When it comes to shucking/opening oysters, you want the specialized tool so you don’t end up with shell in your food or a knife in your hand.
