Look, in everything else, you have to look at context. Who was it written by? Who was it written to/for? Yes, everything in the bible is the word of God. You should investigate into some researchers of the Bible. Academics agree it is the most well preserved, corroborated, and trust worthy text from ancient times, these are facts that can be trusted as such. Jesus was a man, so we’re his disciples. There were his detractors that recorded his exploits but only considered him a “magician” and fooling people.
You are going to need to cite sources for the claim that it is well preserved and corroborated. Especially compared to similar records of the time, like those of the Romans, Greeks and Chinese
It gets so many things blatantly wrong. Things that were obvious, even at the time it was written. No better than fairy tales in many sections.
You are correct in saying that it should be understood in its context.
It is a compilation of bronze age tales from multiple religions forged into a state religion by the Constantine bureaucracy in order to better use it as an instrument to control rebellious peoples.
I’m so sorry that you’ve been lied to, but it’s your responsibility to check your facts. Facts do not exist in religion, only fiction, so you’ll have to use actual reality for your proof.
People investigate this crap all the time. That’s why there’s a giant diagram of the massive contradictions of a stupid fictional book and it’s stupid fictional characters.
Acacdemics DO NOT agree it is anything other than fictionn. The academics you’re talking about are religious academics. They sell iles and bullshit for a living. You’re spreading lies and bullshit because you’ve been indoctrinated by a religion, and you don’t have the guts to think for yourself. That’s pitiful. You’re pitiful, and every single person that you tell that ‘you’re religious’ will know that instantly.
This is just flat out wrong and misleading, and most of these “contradictions” never hold water when critically analyzed.
Then there is nothing you can take literally in the bible.
Its either the word of a god, or it is not. You dont get to pick and choose.

mhmm, sure.
A few of then don’t hold (the second one for example), but most are contradictions. And I didn’t see on this chart some contradictions I know.
