Ok, how it is possible that the roover is sharp and also the background is sharp?
It’s a mosaic of several overlapping MAHLI images. When taken the robotic arm where MAHLI is mounted is close to 2 meters from the mast head, so the mast and the background terrain are all in the depth of field of the camera.
