  • Yes. But being kind and understanding towards yourself is a skill you might have to practice, if you were treated badly. And sometimes that is really hard to do by ourselves, and it’s okay to get help.

I think the difference between pity and understanding is - well understanding. E.G. I know I made a bad decision, but I was scared/tired etc. It was a bad move and I can try to do better in the future. It’s okay, we all make mistakes. That is how we learn.

While pity looks like: OMG why did I do this? Why did this happen to me? It’s so unfair. I was so tired/scared. How could someone put me in that position?!

    • I am watchin Youtube daily
    • And yes, I care about Clickbait because it helps me determine which videos not to watch, due to their clickbaity title/thumbnail
    • I don’t think so. At least noone comes to mind
    • No. Still using it daily, although not through the official page.
    • No. Ads and enshittification are much more important issues to me. But then the creators I watch usually don’t appear clickbaity to me
    • It helps me determine which videos are a waste of time
    • I sympathize with creators using click bait as a tool to drive engagement. And usually I don’t mind since I (anecdotaly) find that really clickbaity titles are an indicator for bad videos. BUT scientific videos using clickbait is a real headache, since it can warp the viewer’s perception of the topic, especially if they don’t watch the video.

  • PC cases have sizing standards in regards to the motherboard. Most cases fit ATX. Looking at your parts list you chose an ATX motherboard and a case that allows ATX boards. Well done! :)

What CPU fits into your system is based on your motherboard socket. The only thing to keep in mind when it comes to fitting parts are the dimensions of your CPU cooler & GPU respectively.

Since your case is listed with 503 mm x 240 mm x 509 mm the cooler might come up a little snug, but your parts should fit.

And yeah, it should be totally fine getting a case second hand. There isn’t much that can break, since it’s basically just a metal box :)
