This has become a routine thing for me since I started college, even though I hate it and despite knowing It’s bad, I keep squeezing my days to get away with less sleep hours, which lead me to a troublesome sleeping issues lately.

One can’t go without sleep for more than 4 days, but you can go without food for weeks.

Sorry if my intent isn’t clear enough, I was being sarcastic (hence the focal element is a sleepy face). People seem to be thinking more that they can get over with less sleep and more time to work/entertainment, which is not healthy by any means, and will lead to adverse consequences.
