its the reason why I despise AI music so much. it sounds like its missing effort and energy put into creating something that’s fun to listen to over and over again. it sounds so… empty.

I think you’re right. The power-hungry will wipe out any checks and balances that are enacted on them. how to prevent this? easy answer: apply laws and regulations that target insurmountable amounts of wealth.

here’s the difficult part: getting it to happen and actually making it stick. how can we, as a society, do this? I’m not sure, but it has been done before.

I feel if governments functioned to regulate as they should, we would not have issues like billionaires.

I was finishing up high school and getting ready to transition into college, where I struggled my first semester.

it did not help when a close family member got extremely sick and passed away. at that point, I just stopped caring about everything. my grades were so low, my school threatened to kick me out. luckily, I was able to make a deal with the dean, so they let me stay (extremely fortunate and happy they gave me mercy).

lots of lessons learned that year, but im happy I went through what I went through, made me a better man.

when checks and balances are ignored and you do what you want with the power you have, I’m not sure how my textbook definition of “an absolute ruler” differs from what is going on now in america.
