Honestly agree. Shippuden has some really great moments but it does a horrible job of giving the side characters agency and relevance. I dislike how Naruto and Sasuke become so much stronger than everyone. In my ideal balance Neji and Rock Lee would still be somewhat close to Naurto and Sasuke.
