2·10 months ago@dzsimbo Being Queer is an inherently political act. Coming out is political. Getting married is political. How can you separate the personal from the political when it comes to gay identity?

@lemmyingly @Rtardbunny I got banned from a gay focused subreddit for pointing out that it is impossible to separate gay/Queer identity from politics so a “no politics” rule is inherently not Queer-friendly
@Kolanaki it appears that in the other direction up votes do not turn to likes. However, I liked your post from Mastodon and now it shows +2 on Lemmy. So that is very interesting.
It was suggested that I ask KlingonPop for help and I realized that the replies wouldn’t show up on Lemmy because I didn’t tag it correctly. Still figuring out the fediverse stuff!
