Reading the linked article, they do present examples of some concessions by Rodriguez, such as releasing some prisoners and selling oil to Americans. But there is no “fight”. One is the actual acting president and the other is just some exiled dipshit. Trump clearly understands that Machado is just a washed up loser, after all, the one thing he respects are “winners”.
