Do you write it down as Biceps Curls or do you log them separately.
I use Flexify. Flexify shows the history of a class but not related ones. Hence, I don’t see the history if I log them separately.

- Late reply here, but I log them all differently. In flexify I enter custom exercises as needed. You could probably do them together, but the exercises are all slightly different to me, so I need to know of I’m actually progressing. Like hammer curls lift a little less then normal curls. - That’s my view as well. Thanks! I’ll keep it that way!
