The woman subtlety picks something up off the ground and tosses it, and the officer looks surprised and angry about it, but continued the scuffle with the man. Dunno if it was his phone or what, but I thought that was awesome too.

I strongly disagree. They did great and got that guy de-arrested. On the civilian side, no one was arrested, shot, or beat up.
Seriously, I don’t see a lot of identifying markings and it’s just two guys in an SUV trying to choke someone out.
