I ask this because an nsfw blog I follow on tumbr (not linking for opsec) in their bio explains how they have ED, and wow I was surprised they were so open about it, given that men with the condition are often the butt of rude jokes. Anyway every like 3rd or 4th commercial on tv is for ED meds. So I’m wondering if this is still a problem for older or sick men, or are younger guys also experiencing symptoms?

I’ve been hearing about the rise of ED in young men for at least the last 10 years, and early on the cause was always because porn is evil and giving men unrealistic standards, or just they jerk off way too much. Haven’t kept up, hasn’t ever been a problem for me or any penis-having friends i know of either. I’m kind of useless here in this discussion, but the conversations i saw around it always felt like right wing “we need to stop porn and make women fuck us more” type shit.
Yeah it’s sad most of men’s issues have a right wing chud bent that stain them.
I don’t think people like to talk about. Even admitting it to their doctors is a major hurdle for most people
