According to rumors Mercedes and RB found a way to increase this while running the engine but make it legal when it’s measured. This would move the ratio back towards the old ones, resulting in additional power.

Ich sehe das als dornige Chance für Deutschland. In zwanzig Jahren können wir eines der wenigen Länder sein, in der der Verbrenner weiterhin unangefochten ist. This game is just so good. Finished the DLC recently and it was a blast. Easily in my Top 5.
